My role & process.
The project for this client isn’t just a one-and-done website redesign—it’s much more than that. Every month, my team makes gradual improvements and recommendations to their digital experience that helps them grow awareness and clientele. As content strategist, it’s my job to make data-driven suggestions for improving user experience, creating content, and expanding their online presence.
When braXos came to the team with a new product (LiftOff), I knew this was the opportunity for growth. I performed a full content evaluation of their old product pages, conducted industry and keyword research, analyzed Google Analytics, and made content layout recommendations for the new product page template. I worked very closely with my team, and we delivered!
After successfully launching LiftOff, we migrated the remaining product pages to the new template. And then we continued revamping the site by reimagining the Solutions, About, and News pages. Most recently, I’ve been creating content for new braXos Solutions pages, focusing on approachability, thought-leadership, and SEO. Those pages are coming soon!
